Your responsibilities:

  • Be customers’ best friend and make their day
  • Answering queries over the phone, email, whatsapp, facebook, instagram…
  • Collect data about customer happiness, help analyse customer segments and behaviour, support building a tailored user experience
  • Work closely with our operations to perform last minute miracles
  • Always seek to find new ways to delight customers 

You are:

  1. An Extrovert: you love speaking to people and help them resolve any issues and enquiries
  2. You speak English & Malay (Chinese speaking is an extra plus)
  3. Forward thinking and action-taker: you anticipate potential problems and prevent them before they occur
  4. Empathetic but resilient: You deeply care about customers but always remain calm
  5. Work well under pressure: “Hangry” came into existence for a reason. You will prevent or diffuse customers from reaching this state.
